I’ve always thrived on creative side hustles. Previously, I (along with my chef sister) successfully launched a restaurant from scratch, overseeing everything from the initial renovation to interior design, branding, marketing - and making countless coffees! I co-founded Polar Pops, a healthy ice lolly business for kids, and founded Minnie Sprinkles, a boutique event styling service for weddings and events worldwide. My businesses have been featured in Vogue and numerous other publications. More recently, I contributed to rennovating and bringing to life a school in the Za’atari refugee village on the Jordanian/Syrian border with bright, cheerful, original artworks. I also created These Tanned Feet, a platform for visual storytelling that captures my authentic travel experiences through photography and narratives, taking me around the world.
